Pork in the bailout

The bailout plan provided Alaskan fisherman $223 million dollars. . . . Did Palin say "thanks but no thanks" to that? Some of the other earmarks in the bill that Americas vehemently oppose are:
$192 million for rum producers in Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands
$128 million for Nascar auto racing
$6 million for producers of children's wooden arrows
$33M for companies operating in American Samoa
$10M for film & TV production
